“You can kiss your family and friends good-bye and put miles between you, but at the same time you carry them with you in your heart, your mind, your stomach, because you do not just live in a world but a world lives in you.”— Frederick Buechner
Almost the end of my last first week at USF. It didn’t hit me until Tuesday after I had my photography class when I was walking around campus and looking around. It felt strange to be walking about for some reason and I blame it on the fact that I had been gone on such an amazing break.
This semester is is going to be a good thing; I can feel it. Finishing up my courses, finishing old projects and beginning new ones. I have landed an internship at a pretty sweet ad agency located in downtown Tampa. Lots to be learned for sure in the advertising biz as well as my art, specifically photography this term. I’m always trying to progress in my passions.
In a few short (although it may seem longer since I have no life during the week) months, I will have a college degree. Crazy to think about that accomplishment. Lots of ideas for the future, but none are set in stone. Fear is there, yet the fear creates excitement for all the different possibilities ahead me.
Spontaneity is more fun, right? Let the wind blow…
